Case History
We take half an hour to one hour in investigating the case history. Age, sex, height, weight, food habits, usage of stimulants such as smoking and alcohol, physical activity and exercise, stresses and strains at home and work place, constant mental tension, inability to relax and enjoy life are all identified as factors that have a bearing on cardio-vascular diseases.
High fat foods, imbalanced diet, smoking, sedentary life, mental stress at home and work, Irregular food habits, poor or malnutrition, lack of micronutrients in food, inadequate amount of fibre in food, sedentary life, lack of exercise, smoking etc are identified as the root causes of cardio-vascular diseases. Obesity, diabetes, high blood pressure, high triglycerides, blockages in arteries etc are the are the immediate causes of heart diseases and heart attacks.
Treatment
We always adopt a holistic approach in treating any ailment. Cardio-vascular problems are not any different. We treat all allopathic tests other than angiogram as necessary and useful pathology tests. In most cases angioplasty, stent, and bypass surgery are unnecessary.
Dr Joe D. Nicholls, Norman Cousins, Norman Cousin’s friend David, and Nathan Pritkin proved under the supervision and scrutiny of conventional medical specialists that angioplasty, stent, and bypass surgery were unnecessary even when top allopathic surgeons insisted that surgical procedures were a must.
Dr Dean Ornish, an allopathic heart specialist, also thrice by his scientific clinical studies proved that a regime of proper diet, physical exercise, mental and physical relaxation, meditation, and positive visualization can cure cardio-vascular problems permanently.
Very low fat diet, whole grains, vegetables, leafy vegetables, fruits, and fruit juices, adequate natural fibre in food, suitable exercises, and mental relaxation are quite enough to bring down high blood pressure, high cholesterol level, and high triglyceride level to within normal limits. They also proved that patients are able to swiftly walk, freely breath within four weeks. The danger of a heart attack was eliminated and the continuation of that diet and exercise regime cured heart problems permanently.
The treatment is for 12 weeks. Those interested to implement this diet-exercise regime at their own home can do so. Patients can take conventional allopathic medicines prescribed by their physicians until they become unnecessary while implementing the diet-exercise program.
Those who do not wish to follow this treatment can go for chelation therapy with Ethelene Diamine Tetra Aceticacid (EDTA) as well proven and now widely used in the USA by more than a thousand allopathic heart specialists. This treatment is now available in Hyderabad. In addition to herbal medicines, vitamin and mineral supplements and individualized diet advice are important components.
